If your control won't power on at all, please try the following troubleshooting items:
- If you have a two-piece power supply, make sure that the wire is plugged into the transformer properly by lining up the pins inside the plug.
- If you have a voltage meter, test your power supply to see if it reads 12V.
- Try a different power outlet. If you are using an extension cord, try a different cord or try plugging the control directly into a power outlet.
