DynaQ: My control won't power on.

If your control won't power on at all, please try the following troubleshooting items:

  • If you have a two-piece power supply, make sure that the wire is plugged into the transformer properly by lining up the pins inside the plug.
  • If you have a voltage meter, test your power supply to see if it reads 12V.
  • Try a different power outlet. If you are using an extension cord, try a different cord or try plugging the control directly into a power outlet. 

If you are still experiencing issues, your power supply or BBQ Guru control might be damaged. Click here for warranty/return information.
