Follow the instructions below to connect your UltraQ to Wi-Fi using the BBQ Guru App.

Step 1: Complete steps to connect your mobile device to Bluetooth. For instructions see UltraQ Connecting to Bluetooth.

Step 2: Once your UltraQ is paired with your mobile device via Bluetooth the App will display the main dashboard shown below. Click on the Menu icon, located in the top left corner, and then select "ShareMyCook Login." You must connect to ShareMyCook first and then you can connect to Wi-Fi.

Note: After you log into ShareMyCook, the app will automatically prompt you to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 3: Enter your existing ShareMyCook account login or click the option to create an account.

Note: If creating a new account, you will have to verify your email address before being able to utilize ShareMyCook in the app.

*TIP: When you click Login, if either "Email Address" or "Password" text turns red, it means that it is invalid.

Step 4: The UltraQ will search for nearby Wi-Fi networks that it can connect to and show all of the results in the app.

Note: The UltraQ MUST be within range of a Wi-Fi network to successfully connect your controller.

*Tip: If you don't see your network, try hitting the refresh button or rebooting your router.

Step 5: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.

The LED indicator on the bottom right of your controller will illuminate purple if your Wi-Fi connection was successful. If not, the app will ask you to try again.

NOTE: When the control is connected to a device by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, the indicator LED illuminates purple. If the control is connected to Wi-Fi but not Bluetooth, the indicator light will flash between red and purple.

Once connected successfully, the app will prompt you to go back to your main dashboard. From here, click the "Start Recording" button to begin to save and graph your cook.

The button will change to "Stop Recording Cook" and blue text will appear underneath the button that says "View Chart".  You may have to scroll up in order to see the "View Chart" button. Clicking this will allow you to see your graph in real-time without leaving the app.

NOTE: It may take several minutes for your data to be imported into the graph.
