Upon powering your control, it will automatically begin to regulate temperature based on the last settings that were set. You can use the settings from your previous cook or reset to factory default by holding down the button on the left side for 4 seconds. When the control reboots, it will automatically start to control the temperature based on the default temperature of 250°F. Use a food thermometer to ensure your food has reached its proper internal temperature before consuming.
